We are created to live from the inside out, not otherwise. The energy of life itself is found on the inside of man. Even though life has its manifestation in a lot of physical realities around us, the truth nevertheless is that life fundamentally begins from the inside of us.

Before a little baby begins to perceive the concept of the outside world, he already possesses life in himself. That baby, thanks to life in him desires to eat and he cries when he wants that need met. Then later the baby goes to the rest room to further meet his or her needs. That child intuitively desires the love of the mother and cries for her. As a matter of fact, the life and responses of this child starts long before he enters the earth. Life for the child is not in the outside world where he enters after birth. Life for that baby starts when he is still inside his mother’s womb.

Life indeed my friends is inside. The life that a child comes to discover after birth and eventually as he grows up, is a complementary life to the original life that he had inside of him from his mother’s womb.

This is how life itself is meant to be. Even though we are living in the physical world, thanks to the five sensory organs, we indeed can relate to the world around us. But before we can relate to the world around us, we must relate to the world inside us individually, within ourselves. It is the life that is inside of us that allows us to use our five senses to now relate to the physical life around us. Jesus revealed that great truth to us when He said:

“…For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.” Luke 17:21

Indeed Jesus came to restore us back to God’s original purpose. The kingdom of God is not around us, the kingdom of God is within us. The kingdom of God is not outside us, no! The kingdom of God is within us. Since the kingdom of God is righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit among many other things, it thereby means that we shouldn’t be looking for our joy from things outside, neither our peace nor our righteousness. All these things are in the kingdom of God which is within us.

The point I am trying to make ladies and gentlemen, is that God’s original idea for man is not to be controlled, ruled or directed by things he sees, hears or relates to in the physical realm. No, he is supposed to initiate life, actions, reactions, visions, goals, missions, directions, from the reality of life that is within him. Life is meant to be lived inside out, not outside in. that is why we must train our spirit man to be strong enough to supersede and be stronger than our sensory organs. That is on one hand.

On the other hand, we must train our soul features like our minds, will, intellect, feelings, to learn to relate in perfect harmony with our spirit man. It is that symbiosis in relationship between the spirit and the soul, that allows us to be in charge of our inner man. It also enables us to communicate our inner processes to the outside world. Without a developed relationship between the features of the soul and the spirit man, we will not have the means to tell the world and communicate with the outside world what is going on in our spirit man.

Washington US February 5, 2018 – Across the globe, there were various incidences of violence over the Christmas holidays in Egypt, Pakistan, Israel and Nigeria amongst others. However the continuing bloodshed in Nigeria into the new year is deeply concerning.
According to published reports and victim accounts, at least a dozen fatal attacks have occurred this season including:

1. Attack on carolers in South Kaduna State left 5 Christians killed, others injured Dec 22, 2017 by suspected Muslim Fulani Herdsmen

2. Attacks on worshippers during Christmas service in Benue lstate left 3 Christians killed and others injured on December 25, 2017 by suspected Muslim Fulani Herdsmen

3. Attacks on 4 churches in Kwara state on New Year’s day. Many injured, raped and properties destroyed on January 1 by local Muslims

4. Attack on churchgoers on New Year’s Day in the southern Rivers State. 16 feared dead by suspected criminal gangs

5. Attacks in Adamawa State on Christmas Eve December 24 (1 death, 4 injuries) and December 28 2017 (1 death, 4 injured) by suspected Fulani Herdsmen

6. Attack in Plateau state resulting in 2 deaths New Year eve by suspected Fulani Herdsmen

7. Attacks in Benue state killing at least 73 and destroying a village on January 1st and 2nd 2018 by Fulani Herdsmen

8. Attacks in Borno State with 25 Loggers and 5 Soldiers killed in by Boko Haram jihadist Terrorists on Christmas Day

9. Attacks by Nigerian security forces on citizens protesting the murders of their kinsmen in Benue state on January 3rd, 2018

We were particularly alarmed at the high fatalities in the New Year’s Day Massacres in Benue state in particular. More so the number of attacks in Nigeria and the casualties exceed the totality of attacks and fatalities in other nations during the festive period.

We were deeply disturbed that although the Fulani Herdsmen accounted for the majority of the attacks this period (over 80%), Nigeria’s President General Muhammadu Buhari conspicuously failed to mention them in his national address on New Year’s Day. Worse still, in a belated response to the massacres in Benue state, General Buhari again failed to mention the Fulani Herdsmen responsible for the latest atrocity. We note that General Buhari is himself a Fulani and this reinforces the perception by victims of bias in support of their attackers.

This perception was strengthened by reports of Nigeria’s Air Force being deployed to support Fulani herdsmen in clashes with the people of Numan in Adamawa state earlier in December. General Buhari’s Air Force dropped bombs on the community killing many. Accordingly a Rapid Response Fact-Finding Team (RRFFT) was dispatched from the US to assess the situation in Nigeria in January.

During a fortnight mission to Nigeria ending last week, the RRFFT observed and gathered the following :

The Benue NYD massacre was a state, national and international watershed and potential turning point of the perennial mass killings by Killer Fulani Herdsmen in a similar manner that the 2010 Dogo Na Hawa massacre in Plateau also garnered international media attention
The state was under intense pressure from the federal government not to conduct a state burial for the 73 victims and was prohibited from airing it on live TV
The federal government was conspicuously underrepresented at the burial when even the United Nations were represented. It is noteworthy that Benue is 3 hours from Abuja by road and 20 minutes by plane.
One month after the massacre, neither the president nor VP have visited the state. However in December the VP visited Adamawa State after attacks there. OBSERVATION : FG has not come to terms with the gravity of the situation unlike the watching world and is both unsympathetic and hostile to the victims in its messaging. B. CONTINUING ATTACKS
While in the country, more attacks by herdsmen occurred in Adamawa and Taraba states in the northeast, Benue, Plateau and Nassarawa states in the north central Middle belt and Ondo state in the South West. Sub regionally there were also incidences with Fulani herdsmen in Ghana, Cameroun and Chad. This is indicative that the geographic footprint of Fulani Herdsmen activity is broader than Boko Haram terrorists’ conflict theater and therefore potentially a broader sub regional security threat
In Benue, 3 dozen policemen on security duty in the massacred community were overrun and outgunned by Killer Fulani Herdsmen on January 25. i.At least one policeman Solomon Dung was killed and others wounded ii. Police survivors retreated after running out of ammunition iii. The Killer Fulani Herdsmen had ammunition magazines wrapped around them iv. The corpse of the slain policeman Solomon Dung was yet to be recovered v. Survivors who had served in counter insurgency operations in the NE stated that this attack was as ferocious vi. Survivors pleaded for Armored Personnel Carriers stating that their open air hilux pick up vans were no match for the KFH attackers
By the end of January herdsmen attacks had claimed approximately 200 lives across Nigeria- far exceeding Boko Haram attacks under the same period – making it by fatalities the single largest national security threat of 2018. OBSERVATION: While Killer Fulani Herdsmen are a recognized terroristic entity globally, it remains unrecognized as a national security threat even though it has claimed the most lives in 2018. C. FG COVER UP, COMPLICITY, COLLUSION OR ACCOMMODATION OF KILLINGS
The Inspector General of Police falsely claimed the massacres were a “communal clash.” However i.The Fulani are not indigenous to Benue state indeed the FG has previously claimed they are foreigners to Nigeria. ii.this was a massacre not a clash. iii. the Fulani have already claimed responsibility for the attack justifying same iv. surviving police officers unequivocally identified their assailants as Fulani
After he was deployed to the state by the FGN and corrected at a townhall meeting, the IG testified in the National Assembly last week that the state’s Cattle-Ranching law is responsible for the Herdsmen attacks and should be “suspended.” However: i. Between 2013-2016 Herdsmen attacked Benue State alone on an average of once a month killing 6 a day (which if this were a disease would be an epidemic) all before the implementation of the Law which only began in November 2017. It is inconceivable and beggars belief that the IG believes that a law of 2017 is the cause of deaths in 2013-2018. Rather state actors told us and this is more sane and logical that that the killings from 2013-2016 were the cause of the Law in the first place as a legal instrument for peace. ii. Herdsmen attacks occurred in Plateau, Adamawa, Ondo and other states that do not have anti-open grazing laws iii. State officials say the IG was only seen briefly for about a day despite his official “redeployment” to Benue and that there is little to show for his presence as killings continue
The Minister of Defense General Dan-Alli said after a security council meeting, in what a newspaper editorial called “breathtaking arrogance,” “what do you expect when grazing routes are blocked?” However the same points above apply to the illogicality of this hypothesis in a cause and effect framework. More so: i. The Defense Minister is defending and justifying the killings of his citizens whom he is meant to protect by admitted foreign herdsmen ii. The Defense Minister is engaging in victim-blaming iii. The Defense Minister and the National Security Council have no intelligent solutions for the situation iv. The Defense Minister and NSC have adopted the biased position of the killers v. The Defense Minister and NSC are trying to a subvert a state law and state government which act is a violation of the constitution, federalism and democratic governance. vi. The NSC is virtually all composed of northern Muslims several of whom are of Fulani extraction with cattle rearing pedigree including in particular the Defense Minister and the President
After the Jan 25 attack in which policeman Solomon Dung was killed by the herdsmen, survivors called for but did not receive requested armaments from the FG. However following reprisal attacks on 7 Fulanis on January 31, the FG speedily sent in military forces into Gboko and in an unprecedented manner the ranking police officer in the area was whisked away for interrogation. He is an indigene of Benue State. Thus since the NYD massacre of Benue people, the only people taken into custody and interrogated are Benue people – enforcers of the ranching law and the police DPO who is a Benue indigene. No Fulani attackers are known to be in custody for the gruesome killings of 73 people.
it is patently and indisputably clear that the General Buhari-led government of Nigeria not only failed to protect its citizens after repeated early warnings by the state but has taken sides with their killers.
Worse still the Federal Government is not adequately protecting/providing for its security personnel who continue to die in the line of duty under superior fire power and numbers of the Killer Herdsmen.
Nigeria’s security architecture has been deliberately and systematically skewed in favor of the Muslim north to the exclusion of all others in violation of the constitution and cannot be trusted to execute fair and just responses for the entirety of the nation. Ironically the Secretary of the Federal Character Commission the agency to enforce fair and equitable distribution of federal appointments is a former official of Miyetteh Allah Cattle Breeders Association one of the Herdsmen groups that has justified killings. He was appointed by General Buhari.
Herdsmen groups who have claimed responsibility for or justified the killings are waging an insurgency against a duly constituted state authority with the full weight and tacit support of the Federal Government as a co-insurgent. Local communities have been disarmed while the attackers have not.

We call for:
an immediate stop to the impunity of the killer Fulani Herdsmen and for arrests and prosecutions of the perpetrators.
an immediate stop to attacks by the government on civilians protesting their failure to protect
3. an immediate stop to the harassment, intimidation and demonization of the victims, people and state officials of Benue by the Federal Government
compensation to the victims of these and past attacks
Investigations into all the spates of attacks
Arrest and interrogation of all organizations/individuals that have claimed responsibility and justified the massacres
Resignation of the Defense Minister who lacks the intellectual capacity and moral fortitude or integrity to defend his citizens and has endorsed genocide
Removal of the IG for inability to conduct a logical investigation, to detect or prevent attacks, to protect and provide for his men who are being killed, for absconding from duty in Benue where he was deployed in direct disobedience to a presidential order and for incompetence and dereliction of duty
Reshuffling of the National Security Council which is almost a tribal council to ensure equity, balance and fair representation on a core national affair
an immediate stop to the entry of Fulani and cattle from outside Nigeria’s borders
an immediate disarming of all Herdsmen
Registration of herdsmen and cattle owners
Condolence visit by the President or VP to Benue
A comprehensive stakeholder consultation and master plan on curtailing this national security crisis
A recognition of Killer Fulani Herdsmen attacks as terroristic in nature and requiring urgent security attention to preempt wider avoidable national conflagration

Dear readers, this week I am giving you a list of concrete qualities that differentiates a personality from ordinary mortals. It is my hope that you will join the league of men and women who are tired of living a mediocre lifestyle and upgrade yourself into the company of history makers – PERSONALITIES

As said by martin Luther king Jr. “If you’ve Got Nothing worth Dying For, You’ve got nothing worth Living For”

The people who live great lives, the real personalities of this world are those who are no more afraid of dying. Only those who are ready to die, make a difference in their world. They might be criticized, loved or hated, but they leave their mark in the sand of history.

Personalities don’t just have beliefs, they are obsessed with their beliefs. They belief in it so much that they would rather give their lives in exchange for it, rather than suffer a failure of their ideals. It is when people are ready to die for something that they actually get to live. Those who on the other hand afraid of losing their lives, eventually lose it. Jesus says whenever you are ready to sacrifice something for his purposes, you keep it but when you are too stingy to let go, you lose it.

“Get busy living, or get busy dying.” – Stephen King

Death – the fear of death is the most horrible of all fears. It is this fear that more than anything else keeps most people from daring. It is this fear that has created the most paralysis in our world. This fear controls the biggest prison yard where it keeps its captives. It is only due to this fear that we don’t have more and more personalities on a daily basis.

“What is a fear of living? It’s being preeminently afraid of dying. It is not doing what you came here to do, out of timidity and spinelessness. The antidote is to take full responsibility for yourself – for the time you take up and the space you occupy. If you don’t know what you’re here to do, then just do some good.”-
Maya Angelou

True personalities have lost the fear of death, as a result, when you are ready to die, you can no more be afraid. Actually, the most important key to overcoming the fear of death is dying to self.
As is commonly said every problem carries in itself a solution. When we die every day to our will and wishes then we can no longer be afraid of death because we are already dead.

If you realize that all things change, there is nothing you will try to hold on to. If you are not afraid of dying, there is nothing you cannot achieve. – Lao Tzu

Ladies and gentlemen, I would advise you to count yourself as dead, thereby setting yourself free from the clutches of its fear. So you can be free to do more exploits for God and his kingdom.

“For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain.” Phil 1:21

The famous quotation by the ancient mathematician Archimedes, best describes the modus operandi of personalities. Most personalities are strategic in their line of thinking and actions. They don’t just run about trying to change the world without adequate preparations. Real personalities create a leverage point for themselves, from where they change their world and the world around them.

“Give me a lever long enough and a fulcrum on which to place it, and I shall move the world.”- Archimedes

The people who change the world don’t just rely on their charismas and their petty gift, they take their time to build and construct a long enough lever which later provides the necessary leverage to accomplish their goals. Moreover, they first invest themselves in establishing fulcrums which they could later fall back on when the going gets tough. They make enough preparations not to give themselves any excuse or chances of failure.

“Victorious warriors win first and then go to war, while defeated warriors go to war first and then seek to win.” – Sun Tze

If you ladies and gentlemen choose to become a personality that makes a difference in your world, you might want to listen to the advice of Archimedes. Develop some of your gifts to the point that they will become your footholds. Become so good in something, so much that even your enemies would acknowledge your expertise. Create for yourself a pivotal point, better still several, from where you could impose your ideals on your generation.

Unfortunately, ordinary men and women are too preoccupied with their daily survival to think about Archimedes principle.

In some cases your foothold could be a large support base that is so large and strong that you become indestructible. That is where God has helped me in Ukraine, because our church has become so large and influential that it is almost impossible to stop it.

In other cases, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) could be spread all over the nation, so due to their activities, you would be able to wield incredible amount of authority. People are always the best pivotal points. A strong financial base could become a leverage point through which the world can be touched. Political influence could be helpful in some cases. Fame is also a form of influence that could become a pivotal point.

All men can see these tactics whereby I conquer, but what none can see is the strategy out of which victory is evolved. – Sun Tze

There are so many ways that you could fortify yourself through your pivotal point to be able to move the world as said by Archimedes. Unfortunately, ordinary mortals don’t think about these things, to them they are like rocket science just like calculus mathematics that was designed by Archimedes.

Zeal is a volcano, the peak of which the grass of indecisiveness does not grow. – Khalil Gibran

Personalities are people of unquenchable zeal. Their passion is crazy. It is this zeal that propels them into more and more ventures. It is thanks to this zeal that they cannot sit idle. It is the zeal that makes them to be unable to be indifferent. It is due to this zeal that they cannot afford to be wasted. This zeal equates life. Without it life itself losses meaning. The reason why many people in our world today are groaning in depression is because they lack this revolutionary zeal of personalities.

“The volume of your impacts is measured by the direction of your movements, the passion with which you inspire and the attitudes by which you make an influence!” ― Israelmore Ayivor

Ladies and gentlemen why don’t you consider rather sacrificing yourself, but live a fulfilled life than being in a state of depression and unfulfillment. Even Jesus accomplished his feat on the earth only thanks to the zeal he had.

“And saviors shall come up on mount Zion to judge the mount of Esau; and the kingdom shall be the LORD’s.” Oba. 1:21

Zeal gives birth to saviors according to this verse above. It is zeal that gives birth to personalities and personalities become a form of savior to their generations. Even our lord Jesus Christ was only able to become the savior he was born to be thanks to that same virtue – ZEAL

“Of the greatness of his government and peace there will be no end. He will reign on David’s throne and over his kingdom, establishing and upholding it with justice and righteousness from that time on and forever. The zeal of the LORD Almighty will accomplish this.” Isa. 9:7

“One person with a divine purpose, passion and power is better than 99 people who are merely interested. Passion is stronger than interest.” ― Israelmore Ayivor,

Ladies and gentlemen, let us rekindle our zeal for the things of the lord. Without this zeal no one accomplishes much on the earth. It is only with zeal we could affect the world and make it a better place.

“’I know your deeds that you are neither cold nor hot; I wish that you were cold or hot. So because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of My mouth.” Rev. 3:15-16

Unfortunately many people prefer just to have a quiet and peaceful life. Because of that, they are afraid of getting involved in anything that would disrupt their family. We need to be hot to gain the approval of the Lord Jesus Christ. Lukewarmness is a sign of death in this kingdom.

Dear friends, here we are coming to the end of this rather long article. It is due to my passion to see personalities raised up in the kingdom of God. Please excuse me for the indulgence. I thought I should give you the best I have got to help equip you and release you for the heavenly mandate, that is upon your life. It is my prayers that this article would contribute into you becoming all that God has ever dreamed for you to become.

Thank you for joining us on this highly informative and life transforming series. We would be starting another amazing one tomorrow. Please don’t miss it!

Dear readers, this week I am giving you a list of concrete qualities that differentiates a personality from ordinary mortals. It is my hope that you will join the league of men and women who are tired of living a mediocre lifestyle and upgrade yourself into the company of history makers – PERSONALITIES

Real personalities don’t leave themselves where life has placed them. They continuously work on themselves, equip themselves and make themselves better. Personalities build themselves into a fortress, a power house of knowledge, an arsenal of wisdom.

“Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.” 2Tim. 2:15

Personalities perfect their characters, they solidify their faith so as to be able to face all the challenges of life that they need to face. Normal people don’t normally have time to build themselves up as necessary. When they study, they usually just study to get a job. Ordinary people connect education to school, universities, and institutions of learning and to certificates. While personalities study because they want to improve their qualities.

“Make the most of yourself….for that is all there is of you.” ― Ralph Waldo Emerson

The impact you make on the world has a direct relation to what you have been able to build up in yourself. Personalities have an unquenchable desire to be the best. This might be a common feature for most ambitious people but with personalities, they want to be the best in order to serve the best and sacrifice the best. Ordinary people want to be best so that they can get a better job, better payment, better employment and better living conditions.

“Formal education will make you a living; self-education will make you a fortune.” ― Jim Rohn

Ordinary people always find themselves helpless in the face of daunting circumstances, because they are not adequately prepared for them. While personalities strive to be powerful and influential in order to be able to help others. Most people are rather afraid of being in the limelight because they are concerned about their safety. They are worried about their reputation. They don’t want to be soiled by public opinion. But personalities know better. They know their lives are given only as a service to humanity.

“You are essentially who you create yourself to be and all that occurs in your life is the result of your own making.” ― Stephen Richards,

Ladies and gentlemen, how have you been in regards to arming yourself for exploits? God is awaiting your response. Would you become a personality that pleases and gladdens his heart or not?

Personalities are people who have taken their time to form in themselves concrete value based core of their characters. Their daily lives and activities are all a reflection of their value systems.

“The first principle of value that we need to rediscover is this: that all reality hinges on moral foundations. In other words, that this is a moral universe, and that there are moral laws of the universe just as abiding as the physical laws.” – Martin Luther King Jr.

Personalities are people of values and virtues. They fight on daily basis to promote and influence their world with their values. Personalities are people on a mission. They have a mission of changing the world around them to reflect their values. Personalities want everybody to be like them as it relates to their values. That is what Jesus did. He brought the values of the kingdom of God to have a bearing on the planet earth. Moreover, as he was leaving the earth, he charged his disciples with a mission to infect the whole world with those kingdom values. Until they do that, he would not come back to get them. That is the life we are all called to live, a life of impact, a life of virtues, a life that makes a difference.

“Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen. Matt 28:19- 20

God’s passion is that the values of the kingdom of God would become the values of every person on the earth. Personalities carry a similar passion. They want people to cease to being biomasses, but rather become people of core value systems. On the other hand, ordinary men may not even know what it means to have a value system. They just live based on what they learn from their parents and their immediate environment. These people don’t have explanations for most of their actions, they do things because that is what every other person does around them. They follow patterns that they did not design. They repeat patterns that were not made up by them. They repeat mistakes of the ancient.

Values aren’t buses… They’re not supposed to get you anywhere. They’re supposed to define who you are.” ― Jennifer Crusie

Ladies and gentlemen, it is of no essence to live without a concrete value system. Our lives must reflect our values. Our values must reflect our source and our destination. Since God is our source and heaven our destination, it only makes sense to live for the values of the kingdom of God.

It’s not hard to make decisions when you know what your values are. – Roy Disney

To be continued tomorrow with the following points:
• Are you willing to die for your beliefs?
• Creating a leverage to move your world.
